Returns must be in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Opening Video Requirement for Manufacturing Defects:

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, you are required to create an opening video when you first receive the product. This video should clearly demonstrate the unboxing process and the condition of the product upon receipt.

Refund Process:
